Yamaha Other description
This is a 1982 Yamaha XJ750 SECA. Great old school bike. This is definitely a project bike but with some work could be a really cool motorcycle. Bike DOES NOT have a title (A title can be obtain call for details). Some of the known problems are forks are blown and bent, carbs are still functional but needs cleaning, engine is down on compression on one cylinder, and needs regular maintenance. This is a rebuild bike but with a low price of $470 this can be transformed into a great motorcycle at a low cost. Dealer has a $99 fee in addition to listed price. We can help you with shipping worldwide. Call or Email ahead to schedule appointment for viewing as bike is at another warehouse. This unit is sold "as is"

Kenny Roberts Rides 1980 Yamaha YZR500 Around Laguna Seca [Video]
Fri, 16 Sep 2011Kenny Roberts is a true icon of motorcycle roadracing, being the first American to win a 500cc world title, then collecting two more before he moved on to team management. “Without Kenny, we might not be here,” said Colin Edwards, former World Superbike champion and current MotoGP rider, in the below video. “He was the godfather that brought us all over to Europe and showed us more or less that it was possible.
And it's goodbye from him
Tue, 17 Aug 2010THIS IS Valentino Rossi's farewell letter to his Fiat Yamaha team following the announcement the flambouyant Italian is to head to Ducati MotoGP in 2011.The hand-written letter, mistakes and all, is written in almost a 'my first romance' kinda way. It's touching, if a little bizarre. Some of the letter reads:“Unfortunately even the most beautiful love stories finish, but they leave a lot of wonderful memories, like when my M1 and I kissed for the first time on the grass at Welkom, when she looked straight in my eyes and told me ‘I love you!'"Somehow, we can't see Casey Stoner gushing quite as freely when he leaves Ducati for Repsol Honda.
