The Touring Cruiser is dripping with American styling, filled with features designed for long-distance comfort and, like every model, powered by Victorys Freedom engine. A 1507cc fuel-injected V-twin that pumps out more torque and horsepower than the best-selling American cruiser. For 2004, the Touring Cruiser gets an extra measure of luxury. In this video, Mugen’s UK Project Manager, Colin Whittamore tells us more about the Shinden San during testing before the TT.
