2006 VICTORY Hammer, The all-new American brute muscle and radical custom style bike entered the scene featuring the same 100 cubic inches V-twin engine fed through an Electronic Fuel Injection system featuring 44mm throttle bodies. Oil and air cooling, six-speed gearbox and belt final drive, it was all there. Colors available in 2005 were Black, Indy Red, Cosmic Sunburst, Flame Yellow (Solid Colors) and Indy Red with Tribal Tattoo, Toxic Green with Tribal Tattoo (Multiple colors). What came new on the bike for 2006 was the massive 250mm rear tire especially designed by Dunlop which also required a widened rear fender on top of it. Also brand new was the bar s V configuration, the deep saddle, and the custom inspired paintjob which made it stand out even more. This bike has plenty of after market upgrades it boasts great sound and has been well maintained by the previous owner. Victory of Miami is a full fledged dealership. Klock Werks Custom Victory Kingpin Raffle for Organ Donor Awareness – Video
Thu, 12 Apr 2012South Dakota-based Klock Werks Kustom Cycles is raffling a custom Victory motorcycle to benefit the family of a late employee and raise awareness for organ donation. Klock Werks created the one-off custom, based on a 2010 Victory Kingpin, to honor the life of Vic Bragg, an employee and tattoo artist who died in a car accident in 2011 at the age of 29. The tribute custom, dubbed “Tattooed for Life” was presented at the New York stop of the 2012 International Motorcycle Shows tour in January.
All 50 States Ranked For Highest Motorcycle Ownership Per Capita
Tue, 18 Feb 2014In a recent study done ranking each of the 50 states (and the District of Columbia) by motorcycle ownership per capita, South Dakota ranked the best. There are a total of 69,284 motorcycles registered in the state, according to the Department of Transportation, and with a total population of 816,598, when you do the math, there’s roughly 12 people in South Dakota for every motorcycle. Considering South Dakota is the home of the Sturgis rally, its ranking on this list may not be much of a surprise.
