Triumph Trophy description

1996 Triumph Trophy 1200 4cyl

18,000 miles but may change, immaculate and no issues, never down and always garaged. Paint and plastic shines like new, Owners manual and service manual, new tires, brakes chain and sprocket at 13,000. New upgraded rear shock, full quick disconnect luggage and top case set, Corbin Seat, New Power Bronze xl touring windshield and stock Triumph touring windshield, Handlebar risers. Here is a bike that handles like a sport bike but rides as smooth as a touring bike should and needs nothing done but to ride it. This bike is awsome and is my favorite of the 12 bikes have had in the past few years but it is time for me to quit riding. I am willing to take a partial trade of a firearm or firearms especially a 1911 or an AR223 or a trap shotgun.

Bike is just south of cincinnati in Independence KY. randy 513-543-2562   $3495

2013 Triumph Trophy Recalled for Incorrect Tire Label

Mon, 24 Dec 2012

The 2013 Triumph Trophy is being recalled because a NHTSA label listing the sport-tourer’s tire data has the wrong information. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the tire label on some Triumph Trophy models list erroneous tire and laden weight information. The labels are mandated by NHTSA and can be found affixed to the left side of the main frame headstock on the Trophy.

Motorcycle Freestyle Rider Ernie Vigil Puts Triumph’s Scrambler Through The Wringer [Video]

Wed, 21 Mar 2012

With its on/off-road tires, spoke wheels, high rise dual exhaust, protective fork gators and flat one-piece seat and handlebar, Triumph’s Scrambler evokes notions of a McQueen-esque go anywhere, do anything machine in a modern motorcycle. It’s probably safe to assume few Scrambler owners today put their retrofied rides to the test, seeing just how much abuse the 865cc parallel-Twin-powered Scrambler can take. However, in this Triumph North America video, freestyle rider Ernie Vigil (the video’s editor and co-creator) does what most Scrambler owners wish they were capable of with their new/old Trumpet.

Michelin Unveils New Tire for Dual Sport Motorcycles

Wed, 06 Feb 2013

More than half of the new BMW R 1200 GSs that roll off the assembly line in 2013 will be fitted with Michelin’s new big trail tire, the Anakee III. BMW and Michelin worked together to co-develop the dual-sport tire, which is designed to deliver all the safety and off road capability big trail motorcycle users demand. The Anakee III will also be available as a replacement option for other leading dual sport bikes, like the Suzuki V-Strom, Kawasaki KLR, Triumph Tiger and Yamaha Super Tenere.
