Hayabusa Front 6-Piston Calipers, EBC HH Pads, Black Shorty Levers W/ Red Clickers, Power Bronze Double Bubble Screen, Triumph Gel Seat, GSG Frame Sliders, TORS Exhaust Powder Coated Gloss Black, R&G Tail Tidy, Integrated Smoked Tail Light, Smoked Turn Signal Lenses, 520 Chain Conversion W/ RK Gold X-Ring Chain, Drilled Super Light Sprockets (1 Down Front), 15W Bel-Ray Fork Oil (New Fork Seals) Done About 300 Miles Ago, Michelin Power Pure Tires (Like New), Engine Ice Coolant, Tech Mount Cell Phone Mount, Kaioko Cruise Control, and Carbon Fiber Yoke Cover. Bike is well maintained and garage kept, no items I really consider an issue. One tiny dent in left side of tank from a strap and one little rock chip in front fender. Bike was purchased from original owner and he sold the panniers and mounts. I purchased all new OEM mounting hardware and a set of used panniers. Left pannier has rash on black plastic portion of lid, but I bought new OEM infill panels. I love this bike it is one of my favorites I have owned, but it is not my primary bike. I don't need the money, so if I can't get what I want I will keep it. The bike is well worth the asking price and if you want to low ball me please move along. I am only selling this to possibly put extra money towards the purchase of another car or a new house. I have a clean Indiana title in hand. $6,500 8122361117

On January 9, 2014, during the fourth annual Las Vegas Sale of motorcycles at Bally’s Hotel and Casino, Bonhams, the world’s largest auction house for cars, motorcycles and memorabilia, will be auctioning off over 50 motorcycles from the extensive Wayne Pierce family museum collection, all offered at no reserve. Among the machines is a first-year Harley-Davidson Sportster believed to be the 10th XL883 produced in 1957, a 1933 Harley VLE police bike that saw actual duty on the streets of Chicago before being cast in the 1987 Kevin Costner gangster movie, “The Untouchables,” and an authentic and unrestored 1947 Harley Knucklehead wearing period aftermarket accessories. Wayne “Pappy” Pierce started his Harley-Davidson dealership in 1957, run out of a one-room tin shed in DeKalb, Illinois.

New Delhi Auto Expo 2012 – Motorcycle Manufacturers Draw Battle Lines for World’s Second Largest Market

Mon, 09 Jan 2012

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. We’ve already looked at India-produced Royal Enfield’s new Thunderbird 500 and Hero Moto’s hybrid scooter concept which debuted at the Auto Expo, and today we’ll look at what the major international OEMs presented.

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
