Up for sale is a 2000 Triumph Legend 900 cc
This is a my personal project bike that was never completed and sat in storage in the last 14 years. It was purchased from an insurance company with front end damage and Florida Rebuildable Title. Partially repaired back in 2002~2003 to running condition and then sat again in storage until the present time. It was stored in running condition 3 years ago. The bike has 795 actual miles and was damage during a test drive when it was brand new. I had great plans for this bike and has a lot of potential but I am no longer able to complete the restoration project and no longer have the time or the energy to complete the build. I am now selling this bike for parts (For PARTS ONLY to keep it simple), please keep in mind that this is a complete bike and most of the parts are like new and it is mechanically sound. SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, Florida Rebuildable with NO title. Bike will be sold with bill of sale as proof of purchase. 2014 LA Calendar Motorcycle Show Concourse d’ Elegance Report
Wed, 06 Aug 2014The 2014 edition of the LA Calendar Motorcycle Show continued its now 23-year tradition as the premier outdoor streetbike event in America with producer photographer Jim Gianatsis moving the show this year to the beautiful green lawns of the Malibu Golf Course among the twisty canyon roads in the Santa Monica Mountains alongside the Pacific Ocean. Highlighting this year’s exciting activities was the emergence of another new and soon to be renown custom bike builder to the sport for which the Calendar Show is known for cultivating. Taking Best of Show in this year’s Calendar Bike Building Championship was Calin Senciac’s Imagine Vehicles International / ImagineVehicles.com motorsports fabrication shop with an incredible custom billet aluminum designed chassis built by Terry Ward and the shop crew, housing a legendary 1979 Honda CBX 1047cc air-cooled in-line 6-cylinder engine.
2014 Triumph Bonneville, Bonnevile T100, Thruxton and Scrambler Receive Minor Updates
Thu, 22 Aug 2013Triumph has updated its modern classics lineup for 2014 with minor styling updates for the Bonneville, Thruxton and Scrambler. Otherwise, all three models return unchanged mechanically with some new colors (the colors listed below were announced for the U.K. market; Triumph may have different options for the U.S.) The 2014 Triumph Bonneville receives a new pillion grab rail and a new vinyl seat with improved filler material to improve rider comfort.

I’ve been getting the train to work recently and if you’ve used London’s tube network in rush hour then you’ll know what I mean when I say the words ‘inhuman over crowding’. I had a call from the Triumph factory in Hinckley today and the good news is my new staff bike will be ready for collection on Friday.
