1971 Triumph Bonneville Some extra chrome work , polished brake hubs, aluminum rims comes with another set of fenders, manuals, cover and an extra tank that is not correct for this year bike. I think the extra tank is for an early 80's Bonneville. Runs great, does have a slight oil leak at the front rocker box. Buyer responsible for shipping. |

A thing of beauty?
Mon, 29 Mar 2010The weather was pretty good over the weekend and I managed to get 500 miles in and become better acquainted with the Speed Triple. I’m still running it in but as it’s reputation suggest the bike doesn’t disappoint. There are some noticeable differences over most other naked bikes I’ve ridden, you could call them quirks, but i'll talk about those in a week or so.

I asked them for a stack of products to fit to the 2011 Speed Triple to see what difference they make. The thing about modern day sports tyres is they offer huge grip when fully leant over, but we are often too nervous to make the most of this, simply because the British road surfaces are changeable and largely unpredictable.
How well does a Triumph Tiger 800 crash?
