Been sitting for 10 years, took it home, cleaned all the carbs, new petcock kit, new/used front brake and pads, new starter motor but starter clutch needs work.. Compression 90lbs each cyl. All electrics work, lights, switches, turn signals, brakes, hi lo beam.etc. This starts and runs after a few kicks, Goes like a screaming flash, all carbs running good, need to be synched. Tires are kinda dry rotted. Injector pump work well for the oil. All areas need to be painted Chrome rims are good for age as is the rest of the chrome front fender and rear. or just drive it. NO TITLE bill of sale only. Get title in home state, in Pa takes 1 month and is about $100.00 in fees. Rare bike, very fast and desirable. I have lost interest. Suzuki to Close Spanish Motorcycle Factory
Tue, 06 Nov 2012The digital ink is still wet on news of American Suzuki declaring bankruptcy and shutting down its car business to focus on powersports and marine products, and now there’s more bad news for the Japanese manufacturer. Suzuki announced it will close its motorcycle factory in Gijón, Spain, in March, 2013, shutting the company’s sole European production plant. The factory has been producing motorcycles and scooters for Suzuki since 1984, with the manufacturer taking 100% ownership of the factory.
Isle of Man TT 2014: PokerStars Senior TT Results
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop won his fourth race of the 2014 Isle of Man TT and 11th in his career, capping off this year’s event by taking the PokerStars Senior TT. It is the second-consecutive year that Dunlop has won four races in a single TT, this time capturing the Senior, Superbike, Superstock, and the second Supersport TT races. It took a while for Dunlop to get going.
