Suzuki Intruder description

2004 Suzuki Volusia VL800 For Sale!!!  Excellent condition!  One owner and always garaged.  Bike runs great!  Clear title in hand.  Limited Edition dark grey metallic with ghost flames on fenders and tank.  Studded seats, 805 cc engine, with original exhaust (de-baffled, and sounds great!) and shaft drive.  Newer battery (2 years old) and a brand new Pirelli rear tire with approximately 50 miles on it!!  This bike has been well-loved and never dropped with lots of extras!!  The K Drive saddlebags are extremely nice and very durable.  They are quick release, and easy to store when you aren't on the road.  These bags cost $600.00 new and still look as nice as they did when I bought them.

Accessories added are:
Cobra Highway Bars
Kuryakyn Highway Pegs
Suzuki Windshield
Suzuki driver floorboards (no rubber inserts)
Rear chrome solo luggage rack
Rear LED license plate brake light
Kentucky (K Drive) Saddlebags and supports
Aftermarket Heel-Toe Shifter
4" Billet Aluminum Risers

Along with all this, I am including the original studded passenger pillion along with the never used Suzuki passenger backrest and rear luggage rack, both still in the original packaging!

Also included in this sale are the original risers, Suzuki windshield and hardware, original front turn signal bracket, original driver footpegs, and a new Kuryakyn brake pedal cover (not in the packaging, but never used!)

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.

Turbocharged Suzuki Recursion Concept Announced for Tokyo Motor Show

Tue, 29 Oct 2013

Of the Big Four Japanese manufacturers, Suzuki has been the most stagnant in recent years as it tries to recover from the economic downturn, offering fewer product updates and new models than Honda, Kawasaki or Yamaha. Suzuki now appears ready to innovate once again, first new products including the V-Strom 1000 and the new Burgman 200 scooter. But there’s more on the way.

Schwantz School, the ultimate track experience?

Mon, 22 Aug 2011

If having one-to-one instruction from an ex-MotoGP World Champion is your dream, then why not put the Schwantz School on your Christmas list for 2012. Ok, it’s in America and slightly more expensive than your average track day ($2750 for two days at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway) but many satisfied customers will argue this is the best rider training experience in the world. Your hard earned Dollar will see you alternate between the classroom and track from 8am until 4pm, then Kevin will take you on a track tour where he explains riding techniques and answers questions (he even drives the bus).
