This motorcycle is owned by my brother in law, who is not very knowledgeable about selling on eBay and is afraid of all the scammers, so he asked for my help.  You will buy it directly from him.  The title is in his name and it will show him to be the original owner.  He has many motorcycles, enough to be called a “collection”.  He is selling several motorcycles and a couple of muscle cars since he lost one of his storage spaces and just doesn’t have the room for all of them.

Please do not bid if you don't have the money in hand and are prepared to buy this bike.  We've had several flakes.

Thank you!

Behind the scenes in Qatar

Sat, 19 Mar 2011

Just because you have the name Jorge Lorenzo on your screen and you've won a world championship doesn't mean you'll get an easy time at scrutineering. In Qatar the technical inspection staff made the factory Yamaha mechanics remove bodywork and unbolt some electrical components in order to get a better look at the guts of the 2011 M1. Everything was in order of course but what a great opportunity for the scrutineers to exercise their power and have a poke around the most high tech Yamaha on the planet.

2014 AMA Supercross – Indianapolis Results

Mon, 03 Mar 2014

Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.
