2007 Suzuki Gsx-R 1000, One of if not the fastest GSXR's in middle GA. Well over $15,000 invested in bike. Bike has over 200hp at rear tire. Engine/Heads have been decked, blueprinted, ported, and polished. Custom full open exhaust (sounds like a GP bike). Ohlins front suspensipon. Custom built rear suspension. Racing brake pads. Steel Braided brake lines. Custom adjustable levers. Battleax 003 RS racing/street tires. Vortex/Woodcraft engine covers. Slipper Clutches. 520 RK chain and sprocket kit. Bike shows 13,XXX miles on odometer but actually has less since sprockets have been changed. -1 tooth front, + 2 on the rear. I figured around 9,XXX miles. May look tame but I promise its not. Not for beginners. Wicked fast!!!! MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule
Tue, 19 Jun 2012MotoGP organizers are re-opening discussion for the series’ rookie rule which prevents new riders from entering the series with factory teams. Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.

Tue, 18 Feb 2014James Stewart‘s hot streak continues with his second-consecutive win and fourth AMA Supercross podium in five weeks after an impressive effort at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Fresh off of signing a contract extension with Yoshimura Suzuki, Stewart took control of the Arlington main event on the third lap, passing holeshot-taker Ryan Dungey and running away with the win. With his win last week at San Diego, Stewart becomes the first rider to win back-to-back races this season and establishes himself as a championship contender as we approach the mid-way point of the 2014 season.
Dropped Suzuki Dealerships Represented Only 2.5% of Retail Sales
Fri, 22 Mar 2013American Suzuki raised some eyebrows after news broke yesterday the company was cancelling franchise agreements with numerous dealerships in the U.S. The company was already under close scrutiny after making the bold decision to quit selling cars to focus on powersports when it filed for Chapter 11 in November. Reducing its dealer network appears to go against that idea, at least on the surface.
