2003 Suzuki GSXR 1000 Good condition overall. Motorcycle was operated in California until a recent relocation to Wisconsin. Motorcycle has been garage-stored and well-maintained; starts right up and runs great!Aftermarket parts installed include a D&D exhaust system and SATO footpegs. Recent maintenance includes replacement of fork seals, spark plugs and clutch. The bike does have minor scratches. Terms and conditions. Motorcycle is sold as-is, no warranties provided or implied. Mon, 06 Oct 2014At Intermot this year Suzuki made it official: the company was returning to MotoGP in 2015. There had been some speculation about a 2016 return considering that will be the year of new ECUs and a switch to Michelin spec tires, but team boss Davide Brivio confirmed the GSX-RR prototype will be in action next year, piloted by Aleix Espargaro and Maverick Vinales. However, Suzuki will also make a wildcard appearance at the season ending round of the championship at Valencia with test rider, Randy DePuniet, at the helm.
Yoshimura Suzuki Signs Roger Hayden for 2014 AMA Superbike Championship
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Roger Hayden has signed on to race the 2014 AMA Superbike season for Yoshimura Suzuki, joining the returning Martin Cardenas and Chris Clark. Hayden spent the last few seasons with the Jordan Suzuki satellite team, finishing fourth overall in 2013 and third in 2012. The 2012 season also saw Hayden earn his only career AMA Superbike victory.
John Hopkins Returning to British Superbike Racing
Thu, 31 Oct 2013American racer John Hopkins is ready to make his comeback after taking the entire 2013 racing season off to recover from a number of injuries. The Ramona, Calif., native will make his return in the British Superbike Championship, racing for Tyco Suzuki on the TAS Racing GSX-R1000. Hopkins last raced in the series in 2011, finishing second overall in the championship that was decided in the final race when Hopkins finished 0.006 seconds behind the champion Tommy Hill.
