Suzuki GS description

The GSF1250 Bandit is Suzuki's premier sport/touring motorcycle. Featuring a slightly more upright riding position makes for a more comfortable ride but still retains excellent handling characteristics. The 1255cc motor has abundant torque low in the RPM range around 3500RPM where it is most usable on the street in everyday riding. Upgrades include Yoshimura slip-on exhaust, Holeshot Performance TFI Tuning Box (stage one - 115hp with 97 pounds ft torque), K&N air filter, National Cycle Vstream windshield (19 tall, light smoke color), Pro Grip Duo Density grips, and Michelin Pilot 2CT tires (rear tire is brand new due to nail in previous tire, front has about 1K miles). Throttle bodies just synchronized by local Suzuki dealer. This motorcycle is in excellent running and cosmetic condition. Cared for properly by the previous adult owner and never raced or abused. Chip Yates To Compete At Pikes Peak With Lightning

Now that the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is fully paved, the event is drawing a number of racers worldwide for the 91st running. The latest to announce his entry into the motorcycle field is six-time winner Chip Yates, aboard a Lightning superbike. Among the number of competitors, Yates will be competing against another Pikes Peak winner, Greg Tracy, aboard an Amarok P1A.

Instead of announcing models for 2017, Suzuki has unveiled a special edition of two of its bestselling models, the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F. The GSX-S1000 Carbon Edition is available in black, blue, and red, with some elements finished in yellow fluorescent paint. The bike is fitted with body-coloured Brembo monoblock calipers, as well as carbon crankcase covers and fender liner.
