Harley Davidson Topper 1960 Scooter. Pull start two-stroke engine. Original headlight connector soldered and heat shrink protected onto new light.  Seat: The V&H seat pan comes with bottom & rear marine grade padding as used in other racing applications.  It is surprisingly comfortable and I have taken two hour rides on it with no comfort concerns. Number plates: The rear left and right number plates are painted on and clear coated.  The number "3" is not cleared, nor is the AMA racing decal, and they can both be removed in seconds.  The front number plate "3" is also not cleared and all decals on this number plate can be removed with ease.
