Royal Enfield bullet? description

You are winning a very rare Vintage Royal Enfield motorcycle with rebuilt motor and transmission. Runs strong and will need some parts installed to be ridden and other missing/damaged parts before it can be fully functional. We believe it is a 500cc bullet? But was just told by an ebayer it is a 1945 and not a bullet.  Here is his message-

The machine you are selling is not as old as you think, I'm afraid, and is not a Bullet.
It is an ex military 350cc Model CO that was supplied to the British Army as part of the last batch they ordered.
Originally dispatched from Redditch in May 1945 to an Army depot where it presumably remained unused, it is one of many ex WD machines to be refurbished at the factory after the war. After this refurbishment, M25048 was supplied a UK dealership in July 1946.

It has original engraved cover plates (very rare) on engine and trans that are in good condition.

Please fully inspect prior to bidding in case we missed something, and read entire description prior to bidding. Thank You. Local Pickup Only in Irvine CA 92602. Bill of sale will be issued for ownership transfer since there was no title ever issued for it.

Parts that are missing for full restoration are Muffler, foot peg, both fenders (current fenders are aftermarket and do not fit correct) leather toolbox, wiring harness, 2 chrome wing nuts, steering dampener, tank emblems, rear gas tank mount, tail light assembly, rear stand, rear chain cover, kick spring assembly/plate?, 1 advance retard. May need a fey other minor parts/screws etc- please inspect yourself or have a mechanic do so prior to bidding because this cycle is sold as-is where-is.

Some parts not on cycle in pics are included separate. See pics.

Needing restoration/repair- seat, paint, dings on tank, aluminum covers, handle bar throttle, chrome tank caps, front chain cover, tires have dryrot but good tread.

Parts that are aftermarket- Light lens, fenders.

Work recently done- Carb taken apart and cleaned, clutch disassembled and cleaned, gas tank professionally cleaned inside coated, some basic cleaning/priming/painting done to improve gas tank, fenders, parts of frame.

Includes and extra kick which is longer than usual so probably military/police.

Model Number M25048. There is no odometer so mileage unknown.
