1952 Other Makes Allstate Vespa 788-102 on 2040-motos

 The scooter is in very good shape considering its age. The body is straight, never appears to have been crashed, there are rust pits on about 30% of the floor. The rust was removed and then hosed down with the red primer. There is a thin spot with a couple of pinholes so some cut and welding required for a super restoration. Riding it as is, never mind. 

 The cowls and the front fender are aluminum, The aluminum floor strips are all present and in good nick. The seat is in very good condition, I don't know if its original or not but it is proper. The handlebar is in good shape, no modifications. Tires are old, never hooked up the wiring, headlight bucket, bulb holder and glass is included in sale. No Headlight rim. No horn, no switch. No title. The Item details section requires a response but the NO TITLE option was not available. Regardless what it says up there, there is no title for this vehicle.

 The gas tank is very clean, original carb is clean, fuel tap has been cleaned, air cleaner is present.

 Fun, running, very old, odd scooter.
