Green Stellar VESPA Retro style scooter. 2 stroke with oil injection. NOT A  VESPA!  Has a foot and hand brake. It has both electric and kick start. Needs a battery. I think this is a 150 cc engine (or close to it)!? It has a 4 speed on the hand grip with a clutch It has 591 miles on it. This has been stored since new and I do not have a title at the moment however the registration is easily transferred to the buyer.  It has a few scrapes (pictured) and it does need a simple to do shift cable adjustment. . Sorry I do not know much more about this  other than it is all steel and solid. It was given to me to settle a debt. It starts right up, sounds great, runs fast and smooth. No tears  or wear in the seat. Seat two comfortably. It is a super cool scooter with all steel construction. There is a heavy cover that I think is for the front cowl, it wraps around when riding in the cold to keep your legs warm! There is also a full cover in a bag.  Both of these covers are unused. Not a cheap Chinese product. This is one that will turn heads wherever you Scoot!! Also a multi language owners manual included...
