A fun, One off look a like Board Track Racer. Engine 80cc motor, 29 inch tires with a working spring loaded front end. Front disk break and rear drum break. Extra thick Inner Tubs, The majority of the bike frame was custom built, TIG and MIG welding on frame and tank. Clip Ons made with 6061 Alloy Aluminum. Front spring made with Stainless Steel and Spring steel. Adjustable seat. Seat slides from front back as well up and down. Front forks ware points built of 4130 Crome Moly steel and assembled with Alloy bolts. Bike’s frame and fuel tank TIG and MIG welded. Fuel tank custom built. Tank has been sealed with Caswell Black Magic Gas Tank Sealer Motorcycle Kit. Rear Sprocket detaches from rear Hub and bolted together with 9 Class 12.9 alloy allen screws. Specially designed Idler Pully considered an (Upgrade) for motorized cycles. Allows New old stock mini bike handle bar grips and throttle. Rear adjusters provide ease of chain adjustment and scarring real wheel in place. Front safety clips to keep front wheel in place. Finished with Automotive Polyurethane paint over a Epoxy primer Automotive primer. Vinyl lettering that completes the graphics. Need to see for your self to appreciate this custom built Project bike.
