Up for bid is a Rare... 1947.. Original Paint..CZ 125 Two Stroke Single Twin Port Motorcycle With only 7 original miles! James Deans first motorcycle was a 1947 CZ125 model similar to this. Even has the Original Toolkit and Grease Rag still in the bike! . I was told from The previous owner..Years ago, He bought out an old indian Motorcycle dealer and this bike was there, new in the crate. But the crate had deteriorated and the bike looked how you see it today. He brought it home (years ago) got it running and drove it up and down the road for 7 miles and parked it. So currently the bike does not run. Has tons of compression. For some reason the Carburetor Slide was missing inside. So it will need a new carburetor to run again. Front and rear brakes work as they should. It does shift through the gears (3 speed). Inside of tank is clean. Clutch feels good. Has a de compression lever. It appears to be all complete. Again, the bike has only 7 miles on it so everything is basically new. The tag is hard to make out under the seat. But the Motor number Reads 158411 And can also make that out on the tag. It has Bata tires, VDO Gauge,Veps seat, both 19 inch front and rear rims. Black paint and what looks to be hand painted white pin stripe. Very nice looking machine. As far as the condition goes... its amazing to find something in its original state from 1947. But as you can see.. it shows its wear. But everything is nice and solid. Nothing is rotted. Would make the perfect bike to get running and just drive it the way it is or perfect to restore. Everything looks nice and straight, No damage to the motor, Only spot i can see is a ding in the headlight rim. Truly a rare find! Sold as is. No title. Bill of sale only.
