SELL WORLDWIDE 1972 Norton Combat Commando, with clear title. The engine needs overhaul. Connecting rods rotate on journal, but broken piston pieces are jamming flywheels. Cam needs to be re-ground. Lifters and push rods are missing. Cylinder head has been re-sleeved. Combat Head has the "C" stamped on it. Valves and rockers are installed. I recommend overhaul. Exhaust threads are very good. Spark plug threads are very good. Transmission seems good, shifts good. Clutch and primary seem good. All cables need to be replaced. Front hydraulic line needs to be replaced. Seat needs recovering. Gas cap and fuel petcocks are missing. Centerstand works well. Side stand is missing. Any motorcycle parts that you do not see are NOT included. And only after the end of the story with Commando, the company will move on to the assembly of the V4 model, and then the two long-awaited Atlases. According to the company's management, the new model, Norton Atlas, currently still requires a number of final fine-tuning works before the start of mass production.

And the symbol of the beginning of this era will be the Norton V4SV sportbike, presented at once in two versions: Manx and Carbon. Norton Motorcycles Enters Canadian Market
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Norton Motorcycles has received approval from Canada’s transportation and environment government agencies, finally opening the way for the British manufacturer to introduce its Commando models to the market. Norton has been working to enter Canada for a while and already has customers waiting since 2010. Deliveries will finally be made in the spring.
