1977 kz1000 little over 9000 miles 99 percent original.Front turn signal stems are NOT original.Generator cover has been chromed.Tank is in very nice shape inside.One small dent near back top of tank. few small scratches here and there couple spots of pinstriping missing.Over all a very nice survivor.Seat is in nice condition as well. Tue, 31 Dec 2013Based solely on recent history, you’d think the engineers at Kawasaki are strong believers of the “bigger is better” philosphy. You need only look at the Ninja ZX-6R which shook off the shackles of the 600cc supersport segment with a 636cc displacement, then came the Ninja 300 replacing the 250. New spy photos from Indonesia, however suggest there’s still room for smaller engines from Team Green.

The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli.
