    1979 Kawasaki KZ650SR - - Engine & trans good / Frame straight - - Good tires - Still not bad looking . This bike needs to be serviced and have missing parts replaced to be a driveable bike.  If you have KZ650 parts and are into putting some effort into having a ride, this could be a nice bike for cheap.  Comes with factory service manual. I am sure it could run fine / It has a clear IL title / know specifically what parts are missing, and what it needs.

    Here is a very clean example of the 1979 Kawasaki KZ1000 LtdThis bike is a real survivor, with only 16k miles on it.Everything works as it should, runs and rides great, it has been stored in a climate controlled garage for the past 8 years under a cover.Al fluids are new , brakes inspected and flushed , new battery , tires hardly have any miles in them, ready to go.The bike is nearly factory original except for the K&N filters.Carbs gone through and tuned, still a great performing motorcycle even at today's standards!Great condition, just thinning out my collection.Clean and clear Texas title ready to be transferred to the new owner.I will gladly store the home with my others until pick up or shipping arrangements are made.Thanks for looking

THE GOOD: -rebuilt top end -new piston rings, valves where redone with new shims and buckets -all new gaskets through out the whole motor -new ignition coils -Electronic ignition timing, no more points system ALL NEW WIRING HARNESS -consists of all new wires and connectors throughout the whole bike, everything is heat shrinked and high temp wrapped with airplane grade electronic parts.

    1979 kawasaki kz1000 ltd 15k orig miles,starts ,runs and rides but the trany now only shifts into 1st gearsomething is wrong with the shifting mechanism,tires are original they need to be replaced,i was told the carbs are 29 smooth bores worth $600-$800 they need to be rebuilt ,it needs all new ignition parts plugs, wires ,points, condensers they are the stock ones also.it has some rusty parts like the speedo and tack covers and front fender see pictures,tank has minor rust inside.the front brake sticks the lever  has to be pushed foward to release it.a little work will make a nice bike.questions welcome.the bike  was relisted because of the shifting problem,sorry to those that had already bid  i thought it was the best thing to do,i have 100% feedback and want to keep it that way,good luck bidding

    1979 kz1000 E1 ST has 48667 on odometer , frame is KZT00E006122 ,  1015cc motor is KZT00EE006171 , frame sticker says made in Japan CLEAR TEXAS TITLE Exhaust is original and both look pretty good there is some stains but see no rust outs on them, brakes front master cylinder  does not work , rear master cylinder works  front dual disc brakes and single rear disc brake motor does kick over with some compression I did not really mess with it much carbs  the choke does move and slides move up and down with throttle gas tank has rust inside but think you could flush it with few bolts inside and it will clean up pretty good to just run a filter and not cream it. there is couple small dents no bigger then a dime as shown in pictures, emblem holes filled in left side cover is in good shape with seat lock cover in place, emblem holes filled in right side cover has crack at top front push pin mount could repair that area since it is corner it will repair well, emblem holes filled in electrical looks to need little attention keys ignition , seat fork lock , there is no keys to bike , ignition has been removed but I do have it. ( NO KEYS ) but there is  Good Title for bike wheels look in pretty good shape seat looks okay but pan is starting to rust out good enough to use until you either decide to repair it or get another, cover looks okay  I will hold it for couple weeks, help load it if shipper comes to pick it up.

    Here is for sale a very well maintained 1979 KZ1300 with all original miles. All original at the exception of the DG 6 into1 muffler brand new, winner will also get a used original muffler in great condition.The bike is wired with an anti-theft devise so the bike cannot be hardwired and stolen.Seat in near new condition, the bike went through over $ 2,500.00 worth of work, see the pics for the recent receipts, starts right away does not over heat in traffic conditions, do not leak, all new fluids and recently went through a full brand new intake and exhaust valves with seals installed.All electrical work perfectly as pretty much the entire bike.I purchased the bike last winter and asked the seller to keep it in its original heated garage, until weather got warmer on the East Cost, I got the bike shipped in June and nearly had the time to ride it, between my work schedule and bad weather conditions I may have put 600 miles on it.I am relocating and will not be able to keep the bike and have to come to term to sell it. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Z-Series, the Greens have prepared colorways for two families of motorcycles that replicate the look and feel of the legendary Kawasaki Z1 from 1972. At the same time, the color and graphic schemes of the neo-retro motorcycles - Z900RS and Z650RS - will be as close as possible to those of the historical Z1 model, and the Z900 and Z650 street will receive a creatively redesigned coloring, referring, nevertheless, to the roots of the Z-series.

In addition to the upgraded basic version, the SE version with semi-active suspension is presented. For the 2019 model year, the asphalt tourer, built around a 1,043cc (120 hp and 102 Nm) inline-four, received an electronic throttle, cruise control, KTRC traction control, and Sport, Road, Rain and Rider power modes to choose from. Moreover, the introduction of the IMU inertial sensor, according to Japanese designers, made the electronics work more delicately than before.

The Japanese magazine Young Machine has published a hypothetical (or, who knows, very likely) image of the new generation Kawasaki Ninja 250, which will appear at the end of next year or in 2018. The render is intriguing: according to it, the younger “ninja” can get a “birdcage” frame and a “changeling” fork.

Kawasaki revealed a new cruiser model equipped with the 649cc parallel-Twin engine from the Ninja 650. The result is an entry-level cruiser with sportbike-derived power retailing for $6999 ($7399 with ABS). The fuel-injected engine is tuned for smooth power delivery, with revised camshaft profiles, intake funnel length, throttle body spacer and air intake for better low- and mid-range power delivery.
