    The Kawasaki SG was a street motorcycle manufactured by Kawasaki and based on earlier Meguro Works designs. It was sold from 1964 through 1969 and featured a 250cc 4-stroke engine that produced 18 hp @ 7,000 rpm. Early versions arriving in America came with a either a Meguro or a Kawasaki bade on the tank.

Recent work done ring and valve job with new guides,new timing chain and guides, electronic ignition, dyna green coils and booster relay for ignition system, new APE clutch with extra friction disc, new clutch cable and pivot, new battery and battery tender, new drive chain and sprockets including highway geared front sprocket, superbike handle bars and new grips, VM 28 mm carbs completely gone through and also a backup set of vm 26 mm mikunis that are in good condition,pod filters. The bike is not perfect but as you know these are getting very hard to find in decent shape , all cases are in great and shiny condition no broken fins on cylinder and bike has resided in Arizona.

    1976 KZ900, Less than 10,000 original miles.  This KZ900 was pulled out of storage in Ocean Shores Washington..  In storage since 1983.  Last registration was on July 27 1982. The mileage at that time was 5051.  The original gauges were damaged and removed for restoration and replaced with 1980’s KZ1000 gauges.  Mileage not verifiable but believed to be under 10,000 due to last registration and talking to last owner.  It has 750 miles since total custom restoration.  This is not a stock KZ900 but a custom made by myself at Silver Bullit Café Racers in Spokane Washington.  The following is a list of new parts, New Daytona Handlebars, New Luca Tail Light, Fender Eliminator, Left and Right Handlebar Controls, Grip, Bar End Mirrors, Battery, Turn Signals Housings and Stems, Custom Chain Guard, Sunstar Rear Sprocket, Counter Shaft Sprocket, RK Racing Chain, EBC Front Disc Rotor, Front Disc Brake Pads, Spoke Wraps, Velocity Stacks, Seat, Front Custom Fender, Tarozzi Fork Brace, Driver Pegs, Passenger Pegs, Gas Cap and all new Cables, Throttle, Clutch, Speedometer and Tachometer. This bike has been repainted (due to clear coat failure in the Florida sun) black back in the early 90s, it's original color was maroon as can still be seen as over spray under the gas tank, side covers, and tail piece.

    1978 Kawasaki Kz1000 LTD.  This is a super clean, low mile (9,246), and original bike in excellent condition.  Starts, runs, drives, and stops just as it should.  Engine is smooth, quiet, and powerful.  Does not smoke or leak oil.  Original paint is shiny in excellent condition.  Chrome is also excellent.  Seat has no holes or tears.  All electrical items work correctly.  I believe the only non-original part the on bike is the front tire. An excellent example a nearly 40yr. old bike that was bought new here in town and has been well taken care of and not altered in any way.  If you have any questions or would like additional pictures please let me know.

    1979 kz1000 E1 ST has 48667 on odometer , frame is KZT00E006122 ,  1015cc motor is KZT00EE006171 , frame sticker says made in Japan CLEAR TEXAS TITLE Exhaust is original and both look pretty good there is some stains but see no rust outs on them, brakes front master cylinder  does not work , rear master cylinder works  front dual disc brakes and single rear disc brake motor does kick over with some compression I did not really mess with it much carbs  the choke does move and slides move up and down with throttle gas tank has rust inside but think you could flush it with few bolts inside and it will clean up pretty good to just run a filter and not cream it. there is couple small dents no bigger then a dime as shown in pictures, emblem holes filled in left side cover is in good shape with seat lock cover in place, emblem holes filled in right side cover has crack at top front push pin mount could repair that area since it is corner it will repair well, emblem holes filled in electrical looks to need little attention keys ignition , seat fork lock , there is no keys to bike , ignition has been removed but I do have it. ( NO KEYS ) but there is  Good Title for bike wheels look in pretty good shape seat looks okay but pan is starting to rust out good enough to use until you either decide to repair it or get another, cover looks okay  I will hold it for couple weeks, help load it if shipper comes to pick it up.

      Make us an offer on this bike!!  You never know!!     This listing is for a beautiful and almost all original 1980 KZ 1000 G-1 Classic.  Produced only 1 year, the G-1 Classic was very limited in production and was Kawasaki's first fuel injected motorcycle.  Very few are left running on the original fuel injection system.  A G-1 Classic has been my personal bike for over 10 years and there is a simple secret to keeping these bikes running.  The fuel injection system is VERY VERY sensitive to voltage change.  If you keep a good charged battery in this bike at all times along with a Battery Tender hooked up at all times you should have no problems. This is an almost all original bike - from the paint, exhaust and on to the seat cover.  The clutch and front brake levers still have the plastic coating from the factory.  The fuel tank inside is almost like new.  The only non-original part I can find are the hand grips, the speedometer and tachometer.  The original speedometer was an 85 mph.    I'm assuming it's been on there since the old days as the previous owner of 5 years knew nothing of the change.  The previous owner also added foam comfort grips.  While the paint is all original and in overall good condition, it shows it's age in several places as you can see in the pictures.  All the chrome is in great overall condition for it's age.  The left front case has some peeling as you can see from the pictures.  The original seat cover has a 3" tear at the seam that could be repaired by a good upholstery shop.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Z-Series, the Greens have prepared colorways for two families of motorcycles that replicate the look and feel of the legendary Kawasaki Z1 from 1972. At the same time, the color and graphic schemes of the neo-retro motorcycles - Z900RS and Z650RS - will be as close as possible to those of the historical Z1 model, and the Z900 and Z650 street will receive a creatively redesigned coloring, referring, nevertheless, to the roots of the Z-series.

Kawasaki revealed a new cruiser model equipped with the 649cc parallel-Twin engine from the Ninja 650. The result is an entry-level cruiser with sportbike-derived power retailing for $6999 ($7399 with ABS). The fuel-injected engine is tuned for smooth power delivery, with revised camshaft profiles, intake funnel length, throttle body spacer and air intake for better low- and mid-range power delivery.
