For Sale is my 1978 KZ1000 LTD in very good condition runs strong very fast.Paint is original and in very nice condition , the Clutch and Transmission are perfectly smooth.
The bike has many new parts including, Regulator/Rectifier,Horn,Hand Grips, new Mirrors, OEM Ignition Advancer,New OEM Starter Ignition Headlight Switch, Spark Plugs and Caps, Point &Condensor, Mac 4 into 2 Exhaust, and a brand new Interstate sealed case Battery. The Head and Cylinders have been serviced, Honed new Rings, Head has been serviced wirh all new oil seals, Cam Chain Idler sprockets, Idler assembly,Tensioner, and all new rubber dampers. The Carburetors are completely cleaned rebuilt and have been modified with Dynajet Stage 3 to accommodate the Pods. The Bike will need new tires . The bike is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this Auction at any time due to this. I do not ship so the buyer must arrange shipment and pay a $500.00 non refundable deposit at Auction end with full remaining payment paid within 48 hours of Auction end .Selling in the lower 48 US states only ... Kawasaki Patents Design for Naked Single
Wed, 05 Mar 2014Kawasaki has registered a design patent for what appears to be a naked version of its recently revealed 250cc single-cylinder Ninja RR Mono. While the Ninja RR Mono (also known in some markets as the Ninja 250SL) is produced for the Asian market, the new design is registered with the European Union’s Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, making it more likely to arrive in western markets. The detailed design renderings reveal many clues indicating this is a naked version of the RR Mono.

Thu, 26 Apr 2012A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
