Kawasaki Other description

This is a 1973 Kawasaki HI triple, I bought the bike 15 years ago, rode it home and took it apart with the idea of a total restoration which never got done. The motor turns freely ( I checked it before listing) and it was running when it came out of the frame, there is a weld in the right side case cover from the original owner. The bike is ready for a new start. I can't seem to find the left side frame cover and the headlight. Please look at the photos for reference on inventory.
Shipping...Please note the bike is in pieces(see photo) the buyer is responsible for pick up and or shipping in its current state. Email me with questions if you want to ship but the bike will be in loose pieces, I have packaged the parts and the frame is stand alone if you can arrange a loose item shipment the size is about 6'x4'x3'.  Clear title, serial #s engine KAE 70178 frame H1F-00125.

Steam Punk Bike

Wed, 19 Jan 2011

This steam-punk inspired bike is the work of LA based sculptor and, er, free thinker, Baron Margo. From what we can work out is uses an early eighties air-cooled Z1000 Kawasaki as a base and is cloaked in this hand beaten alloy and copper bodywork. Can’t imagine it’s much fun in a cross wind, though.

Harrison took the lead early, having the fastest time through Glen Helen ahead of last year’s Lightweight TT winner James Hillier by about half a second. Harrison stretched the lead to 9.7 seconds by the end of the first lap.

Jeremy Toye To Compete In 2014 Pikes Peak Hill Climb Aboard Kawasaki ZX-10R

Wed, 28 May 2014

Jeremy Toye from San Diego, California is no rookie to professional road racing. His accomplishments include setting the fastest lap for a newcomer at the Isle of Man TT in 2006, a third place at the Macau GP, and multiple top-five finishes in AMA Pro Racing competition. Race veteran Toye will compete in the Open Class Division on a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, which will be modified to meet the extreme demands of racing a 12.42-mile course ending at the mountain-top finish.
