I have had a Blast with this bike since I have owned It. VERY FAST! Turns heads every where you go. I would rate it's condition 9 out of 10. Just need a small amount of TLC. In July I had a Professional repairman redo the Carburetors,go over the brakes and more. The cost of the work was $350.00. Also New $57.00 Interstate battery. Bike is Ready to Ride anywhere. Fly in Ride home. The Bike is ALL ORIGINAL but Exhaust. KAWASAKI GREEN. A windshield has been added. I am the Third Owner, since 2005 only put 2200 miles on it. Every mile was a Fun. The Bike has 25,005 miles on it. Purchased the bike in IN. and rode it home to Ohio. If you ever wanted to own a KZ900 this is the one. Recall for 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R
Mon, 25 Jul 2011A recall has been issued on the 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R due to a problem with the wiring harness. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a portion of the wiring harness on some 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R models may get pinched between the subframe and the rear fender, or between the subframe and the bolt holding the seat cover. This may result in damage to the harness and wiring, potentially resulting in a short in the electrical system, which could cause the engine to suddenly stop.
