This KZ1300 is close to complete. It will need some work as I can not get the engine to spin with a hot battery. I have NO idea why, starter? engine locked?? I just don't know why, please expect the worst. It is in very good physical condition but likely will need some engine work. There are some missing parts, IE; shift lever, left peg, top air box section, left side cover, etc. If you see it missing in the pictures then I do not have it. This KZ has nice instrument, a clean fuel tank that just needs a good wash out. The exhaust is rock solid with no rash, though it does have acid damage on the top of the left muffler. The chrome thought-out the bike is in very good condition. Carbs are very clean on the outside, I have not opened them up. Intake manifolds appear to be in very good condition as well. Clean wheels and front forks. This bike is just too nice to part. If this bike does not sell then I will be parting it out. 2014 World Supersport – Phillip Island Results
Mon, 24 Feb 2014The 2014 World Supersport season opened in dramatic fashion after a red-flagged restart turned the 18-lap race into a five-lap sprint, with MV Agusta making a triumphant return to the top of the podium for the first time since 1976. The Supersport event began with a hard-fought battle between three-time champion Kenan Sofuoglu, Kev Coghlan and Michael van der Mark. Sofuoglu and his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R held a slim lead over Coghlan’s Yamaha R6 and van der Mark’s Honda CBR600RR when the race was halted after CIA Insurance Honda rider Jack Kennedy suffered an engine problem and leaked oil onto the track.
AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
