This auction is for a rebuilt 1977 KTM MOTOCROSS  250  vintage motocross bike. Rule the vintage 250 class. This bike is  ready to take to the track. Very fast and handles well. has been gone through completely and raced 4 times since rebuild. The new parts include. All new seals and bearings, rod, piston and rings in motor. Swing arm bushings, wheel bearings, sprockets, chain, brake shoes, air cleaner. Motor parts were purchased through Penton U S A. Has Michelin cross competition front and Chen Shin rear tire. Marzocchi front forks and Ohlins rear shocks. Bike has all the good stuff on it. If you have any questions regarding this bike feel free to ask.

2015 KTM SX Lineup Revealed

KTM has updated its SX motocross lineup for 2015 with new chassis designs, including revised frames and suspension systems developed specifically for the U.S. KTM will again offer a number of engine displacements from 50cc to 450cc, including both two- and four-stroke models for different experience levels. The new chromoly-steel frame uses a machined cross tube connecting the frame sides to the linkage.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Arlington Results

Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.

With the AMA Supercross season now over, the American Motorcyclist Association congratulates the three riders who claimed AMA No. 1 plates during the 2014 AMA Supercross season — Ryan Villopoto, 450SX champion; Justin Bogle, 250SX East champion; and Jason Anderson, 250SX West champion. Ryan Villopoto, from Seattle, Wash., locked up his fourth straight AMA Supercross premier class title in the series’ penultimate round, clinching at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
