KTM Adventure tech info
KTM Adventure description
2014 KTM 1190 R, Bike has been
ridden as designed and has seen some off road miles. No issues or problems with
the bike and it works great and as well or better than everyone reports! I put
on a Black Dog skid plate, oil cooler and radiator guard and their awesome
footpegs, Touratec bags, tank bag and the very substantial HDB handguards, also has a
Uni-filter air filter. Bike has heated grips and Wings Heat Shields which work
really well. Has the KTM GPS mount for Garmin, (fits the Montana) Bike does have 1 nick in engine guard on left side, a tip over
while standing still on a hill in the dirt. Only reason for selling is my job
leaves me very little time to ride anymore so the bike just sits, so I am
selling. Any removed stock parts come with the bike. Bike will not leave until your bank check clears my bank. $500 Deposit is thru Paypal, Bike may
get a few more miles on it as I do take it for short rides, street only. |

Under the Skin of a KTM RC8 R-Powered Sidecar Racer
Thu, 23 May 2013If you’ve never seen a sidecar race, you’d be amazed at how different it is from motorcycle racing. Not only do you have some entirely different physics at work with the third wheel, you also have a passenger sprawled over the chassis behind the rider, sticking his body out to either side at lean angles that would make Marc Marquez break a sweat. Check out the video after the jump to see for yourself.
