Indian Chief description

This is #655 of the first 1901 Polaris bikes released starting in 2014. 1901 was the first year of Indian motorcycles. The bike has 2948 miles on it as of July 30, 2016. The bike has been garaged, covered and on a battery tender the whole time it is not ridden. This bike has a warranty until Oct 9, 2018 and it is transferrable to the new owner. It has been maintained and records are available. This bike cost over $26K with all the following Indian OEM options; Stage 1 exhaust $699 with tip $299, Rear highway bar $299, Bluetooth speakers on handlebar $599, Passenger backrest $425 with pad $249 and windshield bag with 12V power outlet. The bike comes with a $250 wheeldock to keep bike vertical, remainder of leather die kit, commemorative box that has patch and desk clock modeled after the gas tank. Polaris Industries offered the first preview of the next generation of Indian Motorcycle, releasing an audio clip of the new engine that will power an all-new model. Indian is offering a a line of 2013 Chief models but all of them are continuations of models offered by Indian’s owners. The new Polaris-era Indians are still a year away, but Polaris decided to start promoting the brand and teasing the new models ahead of a 2014 re-launch.

Indian Announces ‘Honoring Heroes’ Incentive Program

Today, Indian Motorcycle announced the Honoring Heroes incentive program which supports North American military personnel. Furthering a “nearly 100 year commitment to Armed Forces,” Indian will give any active, reserve, National Guard, and retired military personnel a $1,000 incentive towards the purchase of any new Indian Chief models. Those who follow Indian Motorcycle news most likely know that the Honoring Heroes program for all U.S.
