Indian® Motorcycle Company is one of America’s oldest and most iconic motorcycle brands.  This bike gives you a chance to own a piece of history.  This 2002 Chief built in Gilroy, California comes fully loaded with beautiful leather seats , matching saddlebags and a two up seat as well as solo seat.  It comes with a 100 cubic inch 1638cc Power Plus 100 engine that is both beautiful in its detail and performance. Comes with a quick attach / disconnect windshield (not Indian) and SAMSON aftermarket exhaust. Mileage at the time of this listing is 14,826.


There is a scratch on the left saddlebag concho, scratch on left upper switch housing, scratch on left highway bar, repair to vinyl on left saddlebag and a paint filled small nick in gas tank on right side. Scratches all came from a fall  while bike was sitting still not moving. Bike has never been laid down. All defects are shown in pictures.

Lambretta Licensees Deny Consortium’s Trademark Infringement Claims

Two companies named in the Lambretta Consortium’s claims of trademark infringement say they have legitimate rights to use the Italian scooter brand’s name. Clag International and Motom Electronics Group (MEG) have released a joint statement saying Italian courts have ruled their licenses to use the Lambretta name are valid. The statement was released in response to the Lambretta Consortium’s announcement about taking legal action against unlicensed use of the brand.
