Husqvarna CROSS COUNTRY tech info
Husqvarna CROSS COUNTRY description
First the bike does NOT have a title and eBay doesn't have that option! The bike is solid and has good compression, but does not currently run. With the compression, it does every once in awhile miss while trying to kick it over (it doesn't always catch to compress and fire). The bike has zero leaks, has a nice rear tire, and is just overall solid! The front tire will need to be replaced, the rear fender is broken, and the headlight needs to be put back on. Get it started and run it how it is or this is a great start to a redo! Not 100% sure what the year is, but looking at pics it seems to be from the mid 80's and feel 1987 is about right!

When his attempts to convince Husqvarna to produce a smaller, lighter motorcycle fell on deaf ears, Penton created his own design and commissioned KTM, a small moped and bicycle maker in Austria, to build it. The motorcycle was an instant success in off-road competition and led KTM to expand its efforts in the motorcycle realm, initially in conjunction with Penton and ultimately on its own.
