Honda XR description

1983 Honda xl with less than 700 original miles. I'm the 3rd owner, it was bought for a guy's wife new in 83, she road it briefly,dropped it once and it sat in a garage for 30 plus years. It is in excellent condition,still looks brand new in a lot of ways. It runs excellent,first Kirk and very easy to ride. I used it for several months for a 2 mile commute. There is a crap on tachometer and headlight bezel, and a dent in the tank that could be pushed out easily. Great bike, only selling because of limited space and I have another bike. I have a hitch hauler and large biltwell DOT helmet that can go with the bike. I'm located in Brooklyn New York.... Shipping will be your responsibility, I'm willing to help accommodate the logistics if I can but shipping expenses and handling will be the responsibility of the buyer. Classic Clubs that will be located on Championship Row include the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club, Louisville Vintage Motorworks, Café Racer magazine and Bridgestone Motorcycle Club. The Club Corral, across from Championship Row, will include the Indian 4 Cylinder Club, the Kawasaki ZL Owners Association and the Cincinnati Classic British Motorcycle Owners.

Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.

Honda Recalls Gold Wing for Combined Braking System Issue

Honda is issuing a recall for the 2001-2010 and 2012 Gold Wing due to a problem with the combined braking system. The recall campaign affects 126,000 units sold in the U.S. over the past decade.
