Honda XL 250 R description


One owner, original Bill of Sale included,  runs perfect, always in heated protected storage. Not restored.     Kentucky title. 

Immaculate condition,   Tires, chain, seat and tires all are original.   Runs excellent.  Only Aviation gas for the last decade.

Some scuffing on the fenders, scratched decal on left side of fuel tank, turn signals replaced due to cracked rubber but need to be wired in,  see pics.

Last week, Honda revealed the modern successor to the Z50 “Monkey” bike in the new MSX125. While it’s not clear if the Honda MSX125 will be offered in North America, our original post drew a lot of positive comments from our readers so let’s hope American Honda is paying attention. Honda CRF250L Confirmed for North America

American Honda and Honda Canada haven’t yet officially announced they will import the new Honda CRF250L, but the parent company has outed the dual-sport’s availability in North America. Honda has launched a new micro-site dedicated to the CRF250L describing its features including its CBR250R-derived engine. The section discussing the CRF250L’s muffler explicitly confirms an American and Canadian model, saying: “the model for the United States and Canada complies through additional settings for a spark arrestor.” The section on the CRF250L’s engine also confirms the dual-sport will be CARB-compliant, stating: “the power unit for the U.S.
