Honda Vtx 1800 N3 (neo), Pearl Orange, Many Extras, Lots Of Chrome, 3,800 Miles on 2040-motos
Honda VTX description
You are bidding on an awesome VTX 1800 in the hard to find, Neo Stage 3 (all options including; wide chromed out forks, chrome radiator cover and wrap around rear fender). I purchased this bike two years ago with 400 miles on it, she just turned 3,700 miles! The two tone pearl orange color and rear wrap around fender really catches the eye. I get compliments on a daily basis when riding this bike. As you can see, I have invested a lot of money in this bike. Including many chrome accents, most of it Kuryakyn Brand. Some upgrades include; stainless steel flame accent over the radiator, brake calipers, shaft drive, bolt heads, 1 & 1/2 inch Fat Boy Honda chrome crash bars, brake reservoirs, mirrors and more. There is a fully functional Kuryakyn Pro-R Hypercharger with K&N filter, Power Commander 3 (tuned), Cobra brand exhaust, Mustang brand front and rear seats with lumbar slide in support (very comfortable). Also comes with original seats (front and back), low profile Neo passenger back rest, and Memphis Shades clear detachable windshield (used once). I also had chrome sail plates installed on the engine to increase horse power and improve sound. I have replaced all fluids with top of the line products throughout. This motorcycle has a very throaty deep sound, more like a custom chopper. I searched for a bike like this for a long time and took
great care of her, but alas, I am selling her for a down payment on a house.

A South African friend of mine called Trevor Binder told me last weekend I’m quite obviously in the advanced stages of a terrible disease. He recognises the affliction because he admits to suffering from the same condition for many years and so far hasn’t found a cure. He says he can’t stop collecting bikes and while I didn’t think I had a problem, last weekend he pointed out I should be careful as I’m starting to acquire bikes at an alarming rate. I wasn’t really worried about spending a modest amount of cash an old KTM 125 race bike, a 350 LC and a Fizzy over the past six months but Trevor says I’m on a slippery slope. He says it always starts with bikes that have some sentimental value but then swiftly moves on to buying any old tat. Trevor is a wealthy man with dozens of nice bikes in his collection but more recently has been on Gumtree bidding for £150 Solex front wheel drive step - thrus, and doesn’t know why. Closer to home, James Whitham has recently confirmed he may also have these symptoms and is actively seeking therapy. I’ll be monitoring the situation from now on but in the meantime if anyone hears of a reasonably priced Raleigh Wisp for sale please let me know.Thu, 01 Mar 2012
Missing a day of testing didn’t appear to have a negative effect on Honda riders Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa. After missing the second day of testing because of a potential engine problem, the Repsol Honda riders were back on the track for Day 3 where they regained the top two spots on the time sheets. Honda held back Stoner and Pedrosa as well as satellite team riders Alvaro Bautista and Stefan Bradl yesterday to investigate an engine warning light that lit up on the dash of Pedrosa’s RC213V on Day 1.Tue, 03 Jul 2012
Honda announced it will enter a works team in the 2013 Dakar Rally‘s motorcycle class, returning to the event for the first time in 23 years. The Japanese manufacturer competed in the Rally from 1981 to 1989 when it was known as the Paris-Dakar Rally. Honda won five times during that period but then stopped entering its own team.
