70's Vintage Rockford Taka 100

      "ONLY 119"    MILES

         Rare... Rare ...Rare

   ""KING OF THE HILL""

                                            Excellent  Original Survivor

***ONCE IN A LIFE TIME OPPORTUNITY***

Please pay close attention Rockford motorcycle are "sky rocketing" and nice ones are very scares. Rockford motorcycles are getting the attention they need in the collector world there are fewer Rockford  motorcycles from 1970 to 1973 then any collectable motorcycles and to find  nice one is like the one your looking at is a needle in a hay stack. Finding a original survivor is against the odds and one with 119 miles is front page news ... Owing a survivor is a collectors dream. A lot more valuable then a restored bike.

Rockford taka 100 is the King of the Hill of all Rockford's . This Rockford is a very very nice original survivor example would make a great museum piece..The condition is as good as it can get for being a 70's era bike. Yes it has been probably stored in climate control room, you can pick any survivor apart, there can be some things to make it a showroom new then you could not call it a survivor which is the way it needs to stay. The pictures speak for itself. I am not going to pick the bike apart if it was a complete restoration a different story...

The bike runs great ran the bike prior to displaying the bike inside my vacation cabin.  Who ever wins will have a award winning prize in my opinion. Don't pass up this once in a life time to own the "King Of the Hill"

The bike comes with a notarized bill of sale.

Taliban Magazine Condemns America but Praises Honda

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

Manufacturers are usually glad to hear positive reviews of their products, but we’ve got a feeling Honda is not happy about the ringing endorsement it received from the latest issue of the Taliban-published magazine “Azan“. The English-language magazine is a pro-Jihadist quarterly; pure propaganda designed to recruit impressionable and disillusioned Muslims in the West. It’s somewhat jarring then to find buried within the radical rhetoric a full page spread on a 125cc Honda as one of the Taliban’s “Steeds of War”.

2014 AMA Supercross – Anaheim 1 Results

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

KTM rookie Ken Roczen captured his first 450 class win in the AMA Supercross world championship, taking the season opener at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. An audience of 45,050 fans watched a clean race from the rookie while errors by veterans like James Stewart and three-time reigning champion Ryan Villopoto knocked them out of contention. Villopoto had a strong start, taking the holeshot and leading the first eight laps, just like the Kawasaki rider had done so often the last few seasons.

Honda Tuner Mugen Motorsports to Enter 2012 TT Zero Electric Race at Isle of Man

Thu, 16 Feb 2012

Engine tuning company Mugen Motorsports announced it will compete in the TT Zero electric motorcycle race at the 2012 Isle of Man TT. Though not officially a Honda company,Mugen was founded by Hirotoshi Honda, son of Honda founder Soichiro Honda, and the company is best known for its work as an engine tuner and parts maker for Honda vehicles. The Mugen entry to the TT Zero represents possibly the closest connection so far between a traditional motorcycle OEM and the relatively new realm of electric motorcycle racing.
