Electric Motorcycle Conversion [video]

If you were ever curious how to convert your smelly, noisy and dirty gas powered motorcycle into a quiet and zero emissions electric motorcycle then you have to check this video out from GomiStyle. They take an old Honda Rebel 250 and customize the frame to accommodate the electric motor and batteries, they claim the conversion should take about two to three days to complete, the batteries will take about 5-8 hours to charge and will give you a top speed of 45 mph. 2014 Honda CB1100 Announced

The Honda CB1100 has only been available here in North America for a year, but for 2014, the retro-styled standard is already getting an update. That’s because the CB1100 has been around for a bit longer overseas, and for nearly everywhere but here, it’s ripe for a modest refresh. For 2014, Honda is replacing the previous version’s five-speed transmission with a six-speed gearbox.

Chaz Davies has captured the 2011 Supersport World Championship, completing a triumphant return to the series for Yamaha. Davies, the 2008 Daytona 200 winner, finished the Magny-Cours round in sixth place, giving him an insurmountable 35-point lead over Hannspree Ten Kate Honda‘s Fabien Foret with one race remaining. The championship comes in Yamaha‘s return from a one-year absence from the series.
