Honda CBR250R Sticking Around for 2014, Getting Facelift to Match New CBR300R

Earlier this month, Honda unveiled a new CBR300R model at the CIMAMotor show in Chongqing, China. The assumption was the 286cc CBR300R would replace the CBR250R as Honda’s entry-level sportbike. The CBR250R isn’t completely disappearing however, as Honda announced the 2014 version will be appearing at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, Nov.

The 2010 Honda Fury Chopper has been out for a few weeks now and people have been buying them up all across North America.  A local Honda dealer revealed to us that he only received 4 choppers from Honda and sold them before they even arrived at his shop. The Fury is at a great price for those who want a stylish chopper look, but are you sacrificing quality for a bargain chopper?  Do sloppy welds break your heart or can you tough it out and live with them knowing you got a unique looking bike at an affordable price? A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
