1979 Honda Gold Wing, Immaculate, climate ccontrolled, 1 owner 1979 GL 1000 Goldwing. Owners manual, title, service records convey. Bike shows very well, and I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Tires, fork seals, brakes, carb service all done. Bike starts and runs like new, and all guages function. No leaks or smoke. Paint is in excelllent condition as is chrome and aluminum, small amounts of spotting on leading edge of cases. Seat is perfect,luggage looks brand new, (see pics). Results From Day 1 Of Second Sepang MotoGP Test

With the absence of Marc Marquez from the second Sepang MotoGP test, due to a broken leg suffered in a training accident, another Honda rider took his place at the top of the time sheets, though it’s not who you might think. Alvaro Bautista on the Gresini Honda set the fastest time at the end of the first day with a 2:00.848. The time is 1.3 second slower than the fastest time Marquez set at the last Sepang test.

Hopkins to Sit Out 2013 Racing Season to Recover from Injuries

American John Hopkins announced he is taking a sabbatical from racing for 2013 to recover from a number of significant injuries. Hopkins’ once very promising racing career has been hampered by both a series of bad luck and injury. It seems so long ago that Hopkins finished fourth overall in the 2007 MotoGP Championship with Suzuki.

An erratic work schedule combined with a full season of kids racing means, there aren’t many opportunities during the summer months for the Mackenzie family to grab a holiday. Instead, we tend to save our pennies and head off somewhere sunny for Christmas. I love doing this as it shortens the UK winter but more importantly it means I miss the festive frenzy. I do like Christmas, but I hate how everyone gets caught up in the retail madness that kicks off just before Halloween, then has everyone stressed (and skint)before Santa has even hitched up his sleigh.
