ASV unbreakable levers with perch. Has new plastics/graphics. two rides on new tires. New fork seals. Adjusted the valves at Moto One. Cleaned the carb as well. New chain and sprockets(hvnt put them on yet!) Easton bars. Reusably oil filter. Quick shot accelerator pump. Boysen clutch. List goes on and on. Honda Opens Technical Center in India, Will Introduce New Models Every Quarter

Honda‘s subsidiary in India is opening a new technical center to develop new models for that market. The new research and development center is the first for Honda to focus only two-wheeled vehicles, and the first in all of India to feature an advanced wind tunnel to test vehicle aerodynamics. The goal, for Honda Motorcycle and  Scooter India (HMSI) is to eventually introduce a new model to India every quarter.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
