    UP FOR SALE IS A 1975 HONDA CR125M ELSINORE DG RACER REPLICA I BOUGHT FROM A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE RON CARBAUGH ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO.  IT SITS IN MY OFFICE JUST COLLECTING DUST AND THOUGHT SOMEONE ELSE CAN ENJOY IT MORE THEN I SO HERE IT IS FOR SALE.  FULLY RESTORED IT ALSO INCLUDES ANOTHER TANK AND CYLINDER HEAD AS SHOWN IN THE LAST PHOTO, AM EVEN INCLUDING THE MARK CHARLES BIKE STAND!!  This 1975 Honda CR125 has been totally restored and modified with a whole lots of DG Racing performance parts, just like the actual team bikes would have been run back in the day. Bare aluminum components were polished, as was the rear sprocket, and the swing-arm is another DG part. DG Exhaust is a NOS part.  There was a write up on the bike years ago(2011) that I can send thru email.

    Honda CR500R Moto Cross my brother bought this CR500, he thought it would be a fun bike, but it has way to much power for him, so he decided to sell it. The bike is in nice shape, does not look like it was used very much, he had the carburetor cleaned, installed a new chain and changed the oil, bike starts easy and runs great, clutch and transmission are also good, it could use a set of fresh tires due to the age, the left radiator is dented but not leaking, it has a Pro Circuit pipe and muffler, I listed it as clear title and 00000 miles, because they are ebay required fields. The bike is being sold as is condition with a bill of sale and true miles are unknown.

Original owner.Has the upgraded rebuildable FOX shocks, front end was polished and new seals installed, new BelRay fork oil, has the upgraded air assist on the front end, FMF porcupine head with Don Elmer casting, original seat was never used , motor has fresh piston and rings, has the hard to find Protec chain tensioner mounted on the upgraded polished aluminium swingarm, DG exhaust system, I still have the original head to go with the bike .Frame was glass beaded down to bare metal ,No short cuts on this bike, absolutely like new condition. I did ride the bike down my driveway to test, otherwise has not been trail ridden or raced since restoration.

    HERE IS A 1975 HONDA CR 125.  WHEN I READ THE ADD IN THE BARGAIN FINDER I THOUGHT I WAS DREAMING  ADD STATED 1985 HONDA ELSINORE 125 ALL ORIGINAL  HAS NOT BEEN RAN IN 35 YEARS     THE FIRST THING I THOUGHT THAT IS WAS A MT OR ENDURO BIKE BUT WHEN I CALLED THE ELDERLY GENTELAM  HE SAID NO IT IS A MX BIKE AND REALLY GOOD SHAPE SO INSTEAD OF BOOKING AN EARLY MORNING APPT. I ASKED HIM IF I COULD COME LOOK AT IT  AT 10 AT NIGHT HE SAID OK  SO I DROVE THE HOUR  AND  THIS GUY HAD THIS BIKE WRAPPED UP IN 4 SLEEPING BAGS AND HE SAID WAS HIS SONS BUT HAS NOT BEEN DRVIN IN THE LAST 35 YEARS  SO I WAS EXCITED TO GET THIS BIKE HOME AND SEE WHAT IT  WOULD DO. WELL IT TOOK A QUICK CARB CLEAN AND I SQUIRTED SOME OIL DOWN THE CYLINDER RINSED OUT THE TANK AND MAKE UP A QUICK BATCH OF KLOTZ AND GAS AND CLEANED AIR FILTER AND 4 KICKS LATER THE ENGINE CAME TO  LIFE.  WELL WHEN I DROVE THIS DOWN THE ROAD YEP IT STILL HAS THE  BUAHHHHH BUAHHHHH BUAHHHH THRU THE GEARS OH YEAH,  BUT HEARING THE PISTON NOISE I  KNEW IT WOULD NEED A FRESH PISTON AND BORE  TO QUIET THE FAST AIR COOLED ENGINE.  ALSO  LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE DID THE FORWARD MOUNTED SHOCKS SETUP AS ALOT OF EARLIER MOTOCROSSERS DID  DO GAIN A FEW MORE INCHES OF TRAVEL.

    selling my sons cr 125r - bike is mint condition - has near 55 hours on it - new top end just done six hours ago and no races on the new top end - bike was raced lightly (not beat the heck out of for sure) for about one season by my son at only 135 lbs the race hours are five hours total - the rest are from just play riding - Please note a raced bike is the best bike to buy since it is always meticulous kept up with and maintained 10 times as much as just a field / trail bike that would probably have about 300 hours on it and not maintained much at all that wears everything out not to mention this bike was not raced much at all and when it was it was not even raced hard) bike was bought new as a left over in mid 2008 - and sat for 4yrs with not much riding on it at all till mid 2012 - things recently done - pro suspension - new tires - top of the line chain sprockets - fmf pipe and silencer - vforce reeds and full kit - carb jetted also new clutch - lots of bearings just for fun - have about $400 of extra brand new parts - 2 new spare extra oversized radiators plus a lot of other spare parts - ran bike at 30-1 only pre-owned the best oils full synthetic two stroke and crankcase oil - bike / motor is perfect with no problems at all - bike is maintained every time pre-owned, runs perfect starts 1st kick all the time and rides good and fast for a 125 . This bike is the last year Honda made them and is very rare. please no trades - no scammers , this bike is just as good as new if not better 2 strokes are great and half the price and easy to work on vs four strokes - I also have the title for it - call Clint but please only if serious as I own 2 companies so please do not waste your time or mine price is $3250 OBO - bike is better then new and will last just as long for half the price plus with so many brand new upgrades - 908-705-XXXX this is my jersey cell number from 10 yrs ago You might find an "older" 1 less expensive for like 2000 but your going to have to invest 2000 into it to make it new like this 1 plus the extra new parts that come with it - and it will still be older - the seven cr125 has the same important technology of a new yz 125 that has not changed since 2006 the older bikes are not even close to the seven in changes to them .

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

Cal Crutchlow Leaves Ducati for LCR Honda

Honda reported sales of 4.137 million motorcycles over its first quarter ended June 30, 2014. That represents a 2.0% increase over the results of the same quarter the previous year, which doesn’t sound like much. But then you remember that 2.0% still represents an additional 83,000 motorcycles (including ATVs), such is the scale involved in a company like Honda.
