Year: 1972 VIN: ADD VIN Title: Clean NJ Title Model: 1972 HONDA CL 350 Milelage: Actual is unknown -- estimated at 2500. Builder: Jason Wonder (Wonder customs of Texas). Jason has had several bikes on bikeexf.com and more information on him can be found with a simple google search or a search on bikeexif.com Engine: 350cc Milage: Unknown, but engine feels fresh and runs strong. PRICE: Auction Location: Margate, NJ. I will assist buyer with shipping or pick-up. Build information: - 350CL motor - smooth shifting through all gears. - Fresh electric blue powder coat on frame. - Brand New front & rear trial tires - New Pamco electronic Ignition - New Dyna coils - Freshly rebuilt & sonic cleaned carburetors - High quality solid stock aluminum velocity stacks. - New clutch cable - New throttle cable - New brake lines & hoses - New fuel lines - New OEM Honda fuel Petcock - Large Rear Disc Brake (adapted from a large sport bike) - Front drum brake from a vintage dirt bike - Rebuilt forks (new seals) - New Chain - New high-quality leather seat. - New motorcycle battery - New Headlamp - Switch for headlamp and ignition. Bike starts easily. - Motocross bars Condition: Fully customized by a very well known/respected builder. Little to no rust on anything. Mechanically working 100%. Frame paint is beautiful and almost looks iridescent. It Does have some very minor scratching in a few spots. This is not a show bike, but something unique and fun to bounce around town with. DETAILS: Engine gone through, strong runner. Valves adjusted. Front rim powder coat is super high quality. Rear rim paint was sprayed, but wasn’t baked on. Will be easy to touch up as needed with spray can paint. No key ignition —-Kick start only. Brake light operates from rear brake, but there is no running light (one should be added, or a two stage brake light should be added. Bike is loud. Really Loud (thus the name Howler Monkey). This is not a new Ducati or BMW. Buyer should be familiar with motorcycles, working on them and/or have someone that can. Older bikes require some TLC now and again (this bike is 43 years old) and while it runs great, may need attention to keep it in top running order. Fun around town bike, I don’t really see anyone going super long distances with it. Front brake may need a little adjustment, but operates as it should. 2014 WSBK – Phillip Island Results
Sun, 23 Feb 2014When he signed with the team, Eugene Laverty said he would give all he possibly could to bring Suzuki back to the top of the podium once again. Well, it sure didn’t take the Northern Irishman long to accomplish that goal, winning the very first race of the 2014 season at Australia’s Phillip Island course. The win was Laverty’s third in a row, including the final two races of the 2013 season when he raced for Aprilia.

Mon, 17 Feb 2014Eugene Laverty, aboard his Voltcom Crescent Suzuki GSX-R1000, led the field today as the first day of World Superbike testing got underway at the Phillip Island circuit in Australia, site of the first race of the 2014 season. Under sunny skies and perfect weather conditions, Laverty adapted quickly to his new ride after spending last season aboard the Aprilia RSV4 Factory. The Suzuki offered incredible feedback and allowed him to push right out of the gates, ultimately setting a fastest lap time of 1:30.513.
AMA Pro Flat Track Stars to Face Off in Ride Academy “Race of Legends”
Fri, 12 Apr 2013When the AMA Flat Track stars of today compete at the spring Springfield Mile, May 26 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, they will be joined by the stars of the past, taking part in the “Ride of Legends“. Hosted by the Illinois Motorcycle Dealers Association and Ride Academy, a riding school founded by multiple Grand National race winner Mike Hacker, the “Ride of Legends” exhibition race will feature several other past Grand National event winners racing each other on Honda dirt bikes. Joining Hacker will be Jay Springsteen, Joe Kopp, Rich King, Ronnie Jones, Steve Beattie, Steve Moorehead and Chris Carr.
