1979 Honda CBX

We are selling this for a collector who has consigned many motorcycles with us. His stuff is always top notch. Here is his description, we have looked the bike over and we agree with his description.

TIM's paint for tank, tail and fender. Factory correct by the best Honda restoration shop in the country. Candy Red. Looks absolutely fantastic!
New badges
Incredibly rare NOS Honda brand exhaust. Not a reproduction. Beautiful with some bluing near engine.
Battery Tender wired connection
Always serviced by previous owner
Great Bridgestone tires
All receipts
New fuel valve
New battery
Both original keys
Includes1979 Michigan Plate (not originally on this bike).
This is a beautiful survivor. And it looks fantastic! It has not been restored, it is just that clean.
This is an extremely clean original engine. If you want to polish it, you've got a great starting point. If not, there
nothing to do to the bike except ride it.
It's been ridden locally to keep the fluids moving. It fires right up. Sounds great under the NOS Honda exhaust. You cannot find these anymore
Everything on this bike is very, very clean and looks terrific. And as they always say with increasing prices on things, you are only original once. I know it's been repainted but this is a very original survivor.

Runs and rides great, ready to enjoy!

You can inspect this bike in Blue Moon Cycle's Norcross, GA showroom. We can arrange shipping and crating for world wide distribution.

James Toseland Announces Retirement from Racing

Fri, 09 Sep 2011

Two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland announced his immediate retirement from motorcycle racing due to a debilitating injury to his right wrist. Signed with the BMW Motor Italia racing team, Toseland has been limited to just seven of 20 races in this season’s WSBK Championship due to the wrist injury initially suffered during a private test at Spain’s Aragon circuit in March. After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.

Honda's latest Cub

Fri, 18 May 2012

Honda released their original C100 Super Cub way back in 1958 when other bikes at the time proved to be notoriously unreliable and difficult to ride. Since then, they have sold over 27 million C90s, with the step-through framed bike proving to be easy to ride and even easier to maintain. Looking like it's come straight from the film WALL-E, the new UNI-CUB might have two wheels but any similarity with a Honda C90 ends there.

Honda NC700S and NC700X Coming to Canada – US Availability Still Uncertain

Wed, 23 Nov 2011

American Honda has not included the recently revealed NC700S and NC700X models in its 2012 list of offerings, but it looks like the two motorcycles will be available in Canada. Honda Canada has not made an official announcement but a dealership in Kelowna, B.C., has published a press release that appears to have come directly from Honda Canada saying the two models will be available in Canada in the summer of 2012. (EDIT: Honda Canada has confirmed the NC700 models will be at the Toronto Motorcycle Show Dec.
