For Sale: 1983 Honda CB1100F
Only 22,000 Miles, Starts and runs although I'm sure its due for a carb cleaning. Collectors bike that was only made for one year although Honda brought it back in 2015. Only one prior owner, who added supersport exhaust, and CR Racing Carbs which retail over $500 alone. This sale will include the bikes original handlebars and carburetor. The bike is in great condition giving its age, although its not perfect. The gas tank was cleaned/professionally lined about a year ago. Physical damage to the bike includes a small scuff and crack on the front fairing (Shown in photo) and small crack in rear fairing (Also shown) Feel free to contact with any questions. Looking to buy a new bike so I am selling some of my vintage stuff. |

Honda to Introduce Larger “New Concept” Models for North America
Fri, 21 Sep 2012Honda announced it is following up on its NC700 series with a new large-sized model, with sales expected to begin in North America in 2013. Honda first announced plans for its NC700 models in at the 2010 EICMA show with a concept it called the “New Mid“, so it really shouldn’t be a surprise Honda would follow it up with a “New Large” series. The new models were announced in a presentation by Honda Chief Executive Officer Takanobu Ito alongside plans to develop a new MotoGP-derived sportbike.
FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
