Hello everyone, thank you for taking a look at my listing for a 1982 Honda C70 scooter bike.
Currently, the bike isn't running because it needs the carbs clean. It has sat for 2 years now and i forgot to turn the gas valve close before letting it sit. The bike has 6571 miles on it. Overall the bike is in good condition for its age. This would make a great restoration project base. There are some cracks in the plastic (see photos) but nothing major. Before I let the bike sit for two years, I got new tires, brakes, chain, spark plug on it. Tires are now flat. Just needs a little love. I got the bike 3 years ago from a G.I. who was based in Japan. He brought the bike over to the states when he came back. With that said, the bike has a clean Washington State Title in hand and ready to sign over. Willing to ship it but it'll be up to the buyer to arrange shipping. I can assist with loading. I don't want to sell it but I just don't have time to ride it anymore. Hope it goes to a good home. 2010 Honda V4 Teaser [video]
Tue, 25 Aug 2009Based on the concept model unveiled last October at Intermot 2008, the new motorcycle is expected to be a sport-tourer powered by a 1200cc V-4 engine with variable cylinder technology which can allow it to run on only two cylinders to conserve fuel. There are also rumors that the motorcycle will have a semi-auto gear box which will give the rider the option of going manual or automatic. Honda has a dedicated website for the V4 where you can enter for a chance to win a spot to be one of the first to test drive the new bike, unfortunately, the contest is only open to Europeans. Honda Announces 2014 Cruisers, Customs and XR650L
Wed, 04 Sep 2013American Honda announced several models returning for the 2014 model year with no changes save for a couple of new color options, but the same pricing as 2013. These 2014 model announcements include Honda’s 750cc Shadow cruisers, its 1300cc customs, the entry-level 250cc Rebel cruiser and the XR650L dual-sport. Those waiting for more substantial changes will have to wait a bit longer for more 2014 Honda announcements.
Honda Reports Q3 2013-2014 Sales Results
Fri, 31 Jan 2014Honda reported an 11.4% increase in sales volume and 30.0% increase in net sales revenue from its motorcycle business in the third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2013. The industry giant sold 4.25 million motorcycles over the quarter compared to sales of 3.82 motorcycles in the same quarter the previous year.
