Please note:

1. The description says clear title, that's incorrect. There is a lien on the bike through Honda Finance, the remaining balance is $8200. I will make a principle payment of $2200 and you will pay me the difference of $6k. I will then take your $6k and the pay the bike off immediately. I check with Honda Finance and the payoff can be done online. Once the bike is paid off they will provide a embossed release of lien document from your bank. Once I obtain the lien release doc from the bank I will go to DMV and obtain a clean title, which I will transfer to the new buyer right away.

2. You are welcome to inspect the bike- AT YOUR COST

3. Since I don't have title on the bike there is no deposit required however you are obligated to complete the transaction.

4. This bike comes with a pre-paid maintenance contract however the pre-paid maintenance contract can only be used at the dealership I purchased the bike from (Carter Powersports)

5. I've never sold a motorcycle so I am sorry this is a such a process but if you are reading this that means you like the bike and are interested. With that said I am very reasonable and open to any suggestions that will make this a easy and comfortable sale for the new owner.

Revision to #1 Please disregard comment: from your bank- Honda is the bank and they will provide a lien release.

Mackenzie and Hislop complete with hair

Tue, 01 Nov 2011

This video of the Knockhill end of season Jock Taylor meeting in 1988 makes me smile. Even although I had the dream ticket of riding for HRC in the 500cc World Championship I never stopped wanting to come back to the homeland and race my old mates. Brian Morrison started racing on the same day as myself and went on to have a successful carreer riding for Honda in the UK then later in the World Endurance Championship.

A postcard from Moto GP Jerez

Fri, 04 May 2012

If the weather over the Jerez Moto GP weekend was dull then the atmosphere in the press room was the complete opposite.  After the carnage and chaos during the Moto 3 race, the amazing Romano Fenati (in only his second GP) had the Italian journalists celebrating as he crossed the line to win. I smiled as they simultaneously began singing ‘Y Viva Espana’ as if to signify the end of Spanish dominance in the junior GP class.

Pikes Peak: Beware of Falling Hondas + Video

Thu, 26 Jun 2014

With 12.22 miles of road winding its way to the 14,115-ft. summit, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb can be a daunting and dangerous challenge. Just ask our own Troy Siahaan who competed in last year’s “Race to the Clouds“ and broke his foot after crashing and falling off a 15-foot drop.
