Harley-Davidson UL description

This bike was restored a few years ago using as many original parts as possible, lots of them being NOS.  I can go into great detail about every little thing on the bike if you would like to call me, but I believe that the pictures will answer most of the questions.  There were no expenses spared when restoring this bike. There are no hidden surprises under the beautiful paint on this bike, and it runs and rides just as good as it looks.  The seat and bags were done by Michael at Worsham castle cycle leather, the muffler and wheel trim rings are from Carls cycle supply and the rest of the exhaust is original including NOS Y-pipe, NOS headers and NOS flex. Some of the other NOS pieces are shift arm, shift gate, passenger pegs, tag bracket, front end springs, front brake cable, and several other small pieces

All of the major components on the bike are original and correct for this bike. It also has lots of period accessories like wheel trim rings, original spot lights and curved spot light bar, Glo Brite reflectors, and a Hanson roll up windshield!   It has been judged 2 times at AMCA meets receiving Junior first and Senior First awards.  The scores were 98.5 and 99 out of 100, If you have every had a Harley judged at an AMCA meet you know that it really doesn't get any better than that.

The mirror that is shown in the first few pictures and the tag reflectors are no longer on the bike and is not included in the auction.

Please look at the pictures and if you have any more questions or would like to know additional detail please feel free to call me @ 803-287-8575

Thanks, Matt

THIS IS THE 2011 Harley-Davidson special edition Ford F-150 pickup truck. The 6.2-litre V8 features 22-inch forged wheels, lowered suspension over the standard model and a decent smattering of Harley-Davidson logos. "The new 2011 Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 perfectly blends the flexibility and capability of F-Series trucks with the free spirit of Harley-Davidson motorcycles," said Eric Kuehn, chief engineer.

Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care

Tue, 26 Mar 2013

A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson  owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.
