Harley-Davidson Touring description

1983 FLHT with a 2006 street glide fairing. this bike was totally re-done a couple of years ago and painted by Dave Perewitz. R&R Cycles did the engine work. Boomer McCloud installed the stereo. Goodhues did the powdercoating on this bike.
this bike has a rubber mounted drive train and a 5 speed transmission. it has been geared for running at highway speeds, but still is plenty quick around town. the head pipes are Hooker true duals with straight fishtails. nothing sounds as good as a shovelhead with fishtails !
this FLHT has been fitted with bagger style ape hangers which are very comfortable. the stereo sounds awesome and is easy to hear at medium volumes ..... even at highway speeds with the straight fishtails singing. a Clockworks windshield tops off the fairing.
this bike has been slightly lowered with suspension changes. it handles  well but is a little stiff because of this change. the corbin seat lowers the rider even more. there is a stick on phantom pad included for passenger use. i have been leaving it on the fender, as i like the look of the bike with it attatched . there are red LED lights installed to highlight the engine and other chrome when parked at night. a new battery was installed in august. the tires are dunlop whitewalls with the harley script on them. there is 75% tread left on them.
the odometer shows about 1900 miles since this bike was reworked.
i have tried to include as many descriptive pics as i could. i will add some with the red accent lighting if i can.
this bike is in outstanding condition. i have ridden it for about 800 miles and have addressed some of the issues it had when i got it. i took possession of this bike as a favor and now it is time for it to go.
interesting trades entertained
