Harley-Davidson Touring description

Selling my 2014 Harley ultra limited. All you have to do is research what all comes on these Rushmore models and it will amaze you at all the advancements. My bike has been well maintained at Romells HD in Smyrna Delaware since new with 1 and 5k services. I installed Rinehart extreme true duel head pipes and mufflers. Performance Machine air cleaner and Dynojet Power Vision fuel management system. This is a adult owned bike and always garaged. I've been riding for thirty years and never put so few miles on any of my previous bikes. Just couldn't take a few of the yearly trips we usually do since I bought the bike new. I do not have to sell this bike and really hate to but we are in the process of downsizing and doing some preliminary site work on building another smaller home and that costs some coin!  Factory warranty is good until September 30th you can extend the warranty at a cheaper cost before that date expires. I am keeping my 4 digit plate and putting in retention. You would be getting a truly awesome bike with only 6000 miles on it at thousands less than brand new not to mention the extras which were done right and cost thousands. Thanks for looking

New Harley-Davidson Book Ties Together The Company’s Past

Thu, 08 May 2014

Margie Siegal, former columnist for IronWorks Magazine and motorcycle enthusiast has written a book on the history of the world’s most famous motorcycle, Harley-Davidson. Entitled,  Harley-Davidson: A History of the World’s Most Famous Motorcycle, the book ties together the mechanical evolution of the Harley engines, the social history of Harley and the beautiful visuals associated with Harleys in design, advertising, artful photography and collectibles. Harley-Davidson are words that evoke the open American road and the “Made in America” tradition like no others.

A Man of LOVE

Fri, 24 Oct 2008

I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).

Harley-Davidson Museum Opens Exhibit Commemorating History Of Company’s Anniversary Celebrations

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

As 2013 marks Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary, this year’s H-D lineup will have a special ode to the occasion, just like past anniversary models. To commemorate this event, the Harley-Davidson Museum is giving visitors a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the design and planning process that supports its legendary anniversary celebrations in its latest exhibit, Designing a Celebration, opening Friday, Jan. 18.
