Harley-Davidson Touring description

I bought this 2010 FLHTCU new, it is in perfect condition (not a scratch on it). The colors are called white ice pearl and black ice pearl. It was a custom color available only for the spring of 2010. The black ice looks blue or purple depending on the angle and the white ice has a purple hue. Both sparkle when in the sun and it is beautiful to see. In 2010 ABS brakes were not standard on the Ultra Classic, this Ultra DOES have ABS. I have all the service records and have always used Harley synthetic oil. All scheduled service done at dealership. I switched to Metzeler ME 880 tires after I wore out the original Dunlops.

Extras that I have installed on the bike are:

Rush slip on performance mufflers
Bushtec trailer hitch
Harley drivers backrest
Kuryakyn adjustable passenger footrests
Kuryakyn grab handles with rubber grip (for passenger use or when moving bike)
Kuryakyn adjustable highway peg mounts
Harley highway pegs
Harley smoke turn signal lenses (front and rear)
Harley smoke front fender light lens
Harley tour pak luggage rack
Windshield pouch with three compartments

This bike has always been kept in a heated garage. Bushtec makes the best hitches on the market, they use a tongue and groove system where there are welds to have more surface area to weld. You can check them out on their website if you like at bushtec.com The rush mufflers are not excessively loud, but they do have a nice rumble sound. I prefer it that way for a touring bike so you can hear the music better, also when pulling a trailer the sound can resonate off the trailer a bit. It could easily be made louder by installing a high flow air filter, I left the stock filter in place. The bike has 33,400 miles on it and I have it priced over a thousand dollars below NADA and Kelly Blue Book retail values. Call or email with any questions. 715-795-2151      I can email you more photos if asked.

Top-Selling Motorcycles in US in 2013: Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special and Breakout

Tue, 22 Apr 2014

It’s almost automatic every time we write about Harley-Davidson that the company’s critics jump out to say how its bikes are heavy or assembled from parts bin leftovers or technologically decades behind its competitors. What these naysayers either forget or completely ignore is that Harley-Davidson motorcycles continue to sell. In its first quarter 2014 financial report, Harley-Davidson reported a 5.8% increase in motorcycle sales including 3.0% in the U.S.
